Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how World Power Enterprises LLC, doing business as FundCube (collectively, “FundCube,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit fundcube.io, submit a business-funding inquiry or application, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Services”).

FundCube is a marketing and business-financing introduction service. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, and do not guarantee that any applicant will receive an offer or funding. Independent funding providers determine eligibility, approval, amounts, pricing, and terms.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

Information you provide

  • Contact information, such as your name, business email address, telephone number, and mailing or business address.
  • Business information, such as legal business name, DBA or trade name, industry, entity type, jurisdiction of formation, time in business, ownership information, tax identification number, requested funding amount, intended use of funds, revenue, and existing financing obligations.
  • Financial and application documents, such as business bank statements and other materials you choose or are asked to submit in connection with a funding request.
  • Communications and consent records, including emails, telephone communications, form submissions, marketing preferences, and records of authorization.
  • Other information you voluntarily provide.

Please do not provide online-banking passwords or login credentials through our forms, by email, or in uploaded documents.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, date and time of access, cookie identifiers, and interactions with the Website.

Information received from other sources

We may receive information from participating funding providers, referral partners, service providers, fraud-prevention providers, analytics providers, and publicly available sources, where permitted by law.

2. Sensitive Information and Financial Documents

Business bank statements, tax identification numbers, ownership information, and similar application materials may contain sensitive information. We collect such information only when reasonably necessary to process or coordinate a business-funding request, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or provide related services you request.

Our current application workflow may send uploaded documents as attachments to a designated FundCube business email account. Email systems and their service providers may retain copies under their own retention, backup, and security practices. Although we use reasonable safeguards, ordinary email is not an end-to-end encrypted document vault. Do not submit personal Social Security numbers, personal dates of birth, bank-account passwords, or other information that the form does not expressly request.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Receive, review, and process your business-funding inquiry or application.
  • Identify and introduce you to independent funding providers that may offer products relevant to your request.
  • Share your application and supporting documents with participating funding providers at your direction and with your authorization.
  • Communicate with you about your inquiry, application status, requested documents, potential options, and customer support.
  • Verify information, prevent fraud, maintain security, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
  • Operate, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve the Website and Services.
  • Maintain business records, enforce agreements, and comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Send marketing communications where permitted and where any legally required consent has been obtained.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

  • Participating funding providers and partners. We may provide application information and documents to independent lenders, funders, brokers, marketplaces, or other providers so they can evaluate your business-funding request. Each recipient applies its own underwriting standards and privacy practices.
  • Service providers. We may use vendors that provide website hosting, email delivery and storage, form processing, analytics, communications, security, document management, customer-relationship management, professional services, or similar operational support.
  • Referral sources and business partners. We may disclose limited information as reasonably necessary to administer a referral relationship, attribute a lead, prevent fraud, or comply with contractual obligations.
  • Legal and safety recipients. We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or is reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, enforce agreements, protect safety, or defend legal rights.
  • Corporate transaction recipients. Information may be disclosed in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
  • Other recipients at your direction. We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so.

We do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties solely for their independent consumer marketing without your authorization. However, disclosures to funding providers or referral partners may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted-advertising disclosure under certain state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, you may exercise an opt-out right as described below.

5. Communications, Email, Telephone, and SMS

We may contact you about a request you submit using the contact information you provide. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of receiving our Services.

If you separately consent to marketing text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications reasonably necessary to respond to or service your request.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. Transactional or application-related messages may continue where permitted by law.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember preferences, understand usage, measure performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising where permitted. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies, although parts of the Website may not function correctly.

Where required, we will provide additional choices through a cookie or privacy-preference tool. Browser privacy signals are honored where required by applicable law and where our systems can reasonably recognize them.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including processing requests, maintaining business and consent records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Retention varies based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the status of an application, contractual requirements, applicable limitation periods, and legal requirements.

Copies may remain temporarily in backups or in the systems of email, hosting, and other service providers according to their retention schedules. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably be linked to an individual.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. These may include HTTPS encryption in transit, access restrictions, authentication controls, malware and spam protections, vendor oversight, logging, and staff access limited to legitimate business needs.

No security measure, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a secure device and network when submitting information and for protecting any credentials associated with your communications.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your state of residence and whether an applicable law covers our activities, you may have the right to request:

  • Confirmation of whether we process your personal information.
  • Access to or a copy of certain personal information.
  • Correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Deletion of certain personal information.
  • A portable copy of certain information.
  • Opt-out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities.
  • Limitation of certain uses of sensitive personal information.
  • Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

These rights are subject to exceptions and verification requirements. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authority and identity verification.

To submit a request, email info@fundcube.io with the subject line “Privacy Request” or contact us using the information below. Do not send sensitive documents with your initial request. We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity and locate relevant records.

You may appeal a denied request, where applicable, by replying to our decision and stating that you wish to appeal.

10. Third-Party Services and Funding Providers

The Website may link to or interact with third-party sites and services. Funding providers and other third parties have their own privacy practices, terms, security controls, and eligibility criteria. This Policy does not govern their independent activities. Review their policies before providing additional information or accepting an offer.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for business representatives who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. United States Processing

FundCube operates in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
